1. Definitions

• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses pria4d services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the pria4d platform.

• "Stake" means the amount of money a Player wagers on any bet or game.

• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage a game returns to players over time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on pria4d, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and pria4d.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use pria4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

4. Account Registration and Security

To create an account on pria4d, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account on pria4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pria4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pria4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, pria4d requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

pria4d accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution for deposit transactions.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by pria4d. Processing times vary by method, typically ranging from 1-5 minutes for bank transfers during business hours to 5-15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in your account settings. 5.4 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable funds. 6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential account closure. 7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and competition, as well as pria4d's general betting rules. Bets are settled according to official results announced by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of an event, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our comprehensive sports betting rules document.

7.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slots on pria4d operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game-specific rules, RTP percentages, and paytable information are available within each game. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during a round, pria4d will refund the original stake to your account.

7.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules

Togel bets are accepted for various international lottery draws including Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau markets. Bets must be placed before the published draw closing time for each market. Results are determined by the official draw results from the respective lottery operator. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or synchronized betting across multiple platforms

8. Responsible Gaming Commitment

9. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Third-Party Content and Providers

While we partner only with licensed and reputable providers, we are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in third-party game software. Any disputes regarding game outcomes should be directed to our customer support team for investigation.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pria4d's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

9.4 Force Majeure

pria4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you have active bonuses or pending wagering requirements, you must forfeit those bonuses before account closure.

10.2 Termination by pria4d

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continuing your account poses a risk to pria4d or other Players. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or engaging in multi-accounting schemes
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns
• Abusing bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose
• Using prohibited software or systems to place bets
• Chargebacks or payment disputes processed through your financial institution
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward pria4d staff or other Players

Upon account closure for violation of terms, pria4d reserves the right to confiscate any funds in your account, including deposits and winnings, as compensation for damages incurred.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to pria4d's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

We will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service, details of which will be provided upon request.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

By accepting these terms, you agree that any disputes not resolved through our internal process or ADR shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
